That’s right; on October 18th (and on selected other dates in late October)
you can attend a performance at any participating local theatre for FREE!
What is Free Night of Theatre 2007?
Participating theaters in the Greater LA community will open their doors on and around October 18th, 2007
and offer free tickets to their production on that evening.
Take a date to check out theater by a group you’ve never seen before!
Experience live performance for the first time or revisit some of the classics!
Discover the tremendous theatre happening right here in your own backyard!

How is all of this FREE theatre possible?
Free Night of Theater 2007 is produced nationally by Theatre Communications Group, and is regionally produced by LA Stage Alliance, serving the performing arts in Greater LA. Free Night of Theatre is a national campaign aimed at attracting new and returning audiences to live theatre. In addition to Los Angeles, Free Night of Theatre 2007 will occur in more than 20 other areas across the United States, including Atlanta, Austin, Boston, Cleveland, Detroit, Eugene, New Haven, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Seattle and Washington DC, as well as the entire states of New Jersey, North Carolina and Wisconsin.
