Biography
Ben Caron was born in Corona, California. His family moved to Iowa when he was in elementary school, and he graduated high school from St. Ansgar High School in St. Ansgar, Iowa, population 1500. Ben then moved to Los Angeles in 2005 and began studying Theater Arts and Dance at California State University, Los Angeles. At CSULA, Ben performed in many plays, and musicals. He also studied directing, playwriting, voice, lighting design and stage management. Soon after graduating in 2010, Ben began pursuing a career as a professional artistic collaborator, with aspirations in acting, singing, songwriting, directing and theatrical design. He has worked at such venues as the Hollywood Bowl, the Elephant Theater Company, the Open Fist Theater Company, Son of Semele and LA Opera. He currently works as the Artist Relations Coordinator at Show at Barre in Los Angeles and is a proud member of the Elephant Theater Company.
