Biography
Ivan is blessed to be working with Jon Lawrence Rivera for the third time and the Odyssey for the first time. Mr. Rivera directed him in Dogeaters at SIPA (Filipino Community Center) and later when the production was moved to the Kirk Douglas Theatre. NY Theatre Favorites include BROADWAY: Brave New World at Town Hall NY; Off-Off Broadway:Trafficking in Broken Hearts, Icarus and The Road, all three by Edwin Sanchez and produced by the Fourth Unity Theatre Company (3 Off-Off Broadway awards). TV/FILM: Bones, Kiss Kiss Bang Bang, Ivan originated the role of Bobo in David Pumos' Auntie Mayhem (GLAAD awards nominee), which is now House of Mayhem, a film now in pre- production and in which he will appear.
