New participants can upload AT ANY TIME for free by following the steps below. Once you do, you'll have a place in the 'Free Upload Queue' and your data will be put into the system at the next available opportunity. New participant data is processed every eight weeks. Get counted in the Arts Census by following these steps:
1. Download a Participant Agreement HERE and a National Change of Address Form HERE and submit both forms to LA STAGE Alliance by scanning and emailing to NSpinler@LASTAGEAlliance.com or faxing to 213.614.0561.
2. TRG will send you a submission guide with instructions on how to upload your data.
3. Upload your data to the system. Your data will be processed and you will have access to the online eMerge tool to access your data, do research and request lists for trading very soon!
