Mission

The Mechanicals Theatre Group is an ensemble of theatre artists dedicated to developing and presenting classes, workshops, readings and productions of original and established works. Vision Statement: With honesty and a sense of youthful vitality, we will explore, celebrate, and deepen our understanding of the human experience, and the theatre arts. We will present socially and culturally relevant work which explores and transcends any and all theatre genres and material. Our goal is to approach our work with an open mind and to challenge our own and our audience’s assumptions of theatre and society at large. In this endeavor we will entertain and enlighten ourselves and our community and, in so doing, profoundly affect the world in which we live.
