You are an Ovation Nominee if:

1. You are on the list of nominees in an 'individual nominee' category (Director, Lighting Design, Featured Actress, etc).

2. You are a producer, representing a nominated production in one of the 'Best Production' categories. Each production may select TWO individuals to be the nominees representing that production.

3. You are a producer, representing a nominated organization in the 'Best Season' category. Each organization may select TWO individuals to be the nominees representing that organization.

or

4. You are a member of a nominated 'Acting Ensemble'. Ensemble includes all actors and understudies who were listed in the program of the production on opening night.

If you are a Nominee, please complete the following steps as soon as you can!

1. RSVP to the Ovation Nominee Reception, which will be held at 7 pm on Sunday, October 21st, 2012 at SIX01 in Downtown Los Angeles (601 S. Anderson St, LA, CA 90023). This event is for Nominees only (no guests), and is where you'll get an opportunity to meet your fellow nominees, be acknowledged by the Ovation Rules Committee, get your nominee certificate, and hear important information about the Ovation Awards Ceremony. 2. Reserve your tickets to the Ovation Awards Ceremony on November 12th! Each nominee gets one complimentary Preferred ticket (normally $100), and a half-price preferred ticket ($50). To reserve your nominee tickets, click here!

3. Order congratulatory ads for your fellow nominees or theatre companies in the exclusive 2012 Ovation Awards Tribute Book/Program. That's it! Once you've done these steps, you're all set and we'll see you at the Nominee Reception and the Ovations Ceremony!
