Biography

Vash Boddie was born in Philadelphia, raised in the Philippines and now calls beautiful Hollywood, “Home.” He received his B.S. from U.C. Berkeley where he founded Dansworx, an environmental student dance group which students now get college credit for their participation. You can currently see Vash on Film, Television (Sitcom & Drama), Stage or in his Web Series “My Little Niggah” at www.MyLittleNiggah.com. Some of his favorite projects and roles include, but not limited to; Scarecrow inThe Next Fairy Tale, GLAD-Libs--a nightly Improvised Musical, Owachu Sayʼd in Pappy , Snoopy inYouʼre A Good Man, Charlie Brown, Brucie in Memoirs of a Ninja, Judah in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat and Naked Boys Singing (Key West Production). Musically he has been a professional spoons player, is currently learning guitar and percussion and is preparing to release a collection of reinterpreted standards certain to make his inspirations: DeeDee Bridgewater, Joe Carroll and Eva Cassidy proud.
